This is not a newly built parking replacing a demolished building. The parking already existed at this location.

There is a new operator/owner who has upgraded the facility. I have updated the data to reflect the current situation, including:

new name
updated payment information
automated entry and payment system
lighting
CCTV surveillance

The geometry/location was not changed - only details were updated to match the current on-site situation.
Based on local knowledge and recent observation.
