Cateva corectii :
1. pentru un drum propus care nu e inca in executie folosesti highway=proposed si apoi proposed=tip_drum unde tip_drum poate fi trunk , primary , tertiary , etc.
2. Cat timp nu ai o plansa exacta cu drumul sa vezi detaliile gen poduri sau sens giratoriu, e mai bine sa pastrezi noul drum ca o singura linie neintrerupta si sa nu o legi de alte drumuri pentru ca atunci cand vei revenii sa calibrezi, sa nu tragi din greseala de alte chestii de pe harta.

There is no such thing as fully pedestrian in practice. Even in Piata Muzeului you can still enter with cars. Even in Piata Unirii you can still enter if you are an emergency or delivery.

Klein, Fortaretei can't be shared-space anymore in practice.
The traffic used to enter from Universitatii but the restriction there affects these street too.
We can leave it shared-space for a bit longer until we see what the mayorship does to restrict trafic but cars shouldn't have a way to reach these streets anymore.

Just because cars are allowed in the mix, doesn't mean it's a shared space!

The streets are pedestrian first, residents and delivery are second. Living streets aludes to it being shared-space which is not.

De ce trebuie sparta strada Oasului pe doua directii ca sa faci intersectia cu noul pod?

In plus ai pus ca de pe pod te poti duce doar pe strada Oasului in directia garii (way/1185764320) ceea ce nu e corect. pentru ca poti si de pe sensul spre gara sa faci stanga sa intrii pe pod.

I will assume you are talking about A3-A8 junction. It's unknown how it will be. A3 towards Brasov was abandoned and isn't in any official plan up until 2030.

Teoretic se rezolva problema rutarii, practic tot vei avea persoane care vor incerca sa modifice capetele sau cum s-a mai intamplat cand umbla la giratii .

Eu am inchis toata autostrada pentru ca altfel trebuie tinuta autostrada ca si construction dar tu ai pus ca e deja gata finalizata.

Te rog fi mai atent cand faci modificari.
E a doua oara cand nu faci modificarea pana la final.
De ex. la nodul de la Selimbar nu ai deschis iesirea de pe autostrada. Parcarea la fel.

If this motorway is just planned and not in construction, then the tags need fixing. "construction=motorway" is wrong

There were plenty of times when a motorway in Romania was abandoned during construction with just gravel or even with the base made of dirt.
You can't know how things evolve and it's a mistake to set like it already has asphalt. There are trials in Romania to use cement for heavy traffic motorways.
Smoothness is even worse. Even a brand new motorway could not have good asphalt and needs to be redone under traffic.
