Ok well given thousands of bike commuters use this bridge every day how can we make this a valid path in OSM

Do you have a suggestion for a way to make this routeable in apps like strava. add a curb cut?

To clarify, the DCR is very good at labeling trails off limits to bikes on the ground. This trail does not have any visible markings.
