Source correction: Maxar Premium Imagery, Mapillary

Thanks for pointing that out. I realigned the ways at the junction to better reflect vehicles turning north, but now I see how the imagery is misaligned from the OpenStreetMap GPS Traces. I will align this way to the GPS traces.

I see evidence at the north end of this stretch of highways in Mapillary, that the vehicle restrictions should actually be `hgv=destination` (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=505659454113036). The ground-level imagery I found at the south end is unfortunately very blurry, but I believe these two Mapillary images are indicating an HGV turn restriction (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=222395812841303) and some text clarifying the access restriction, which I cannot read (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=132756095591251). Are you aware of the specific details here? I get the sense `vehicle=destination` throughout this entire area is not quite correct.
