Hello,
The way in question was made a tertiary due to its significance as the main route in and out that area. If you see its classification as something different, please feel free to update the tagging.

Hello VictorIE,

The data added in this Changeset was added from a Shapefile sourced from the City of Cape Town. We have found after adding the data that it contained a few errors.

If you could send me the object ID I can correct this inconsistent surface tag. Otherwise, please edit any of the data sourced with "City of Cape Town" if you have recent imagery that can be used to update the data to a more accurate representation.

n2m,

Max speed tagging was not within the scope of our mapping contributions in Albania. The OSM wiki page for Albania provides more information on our contributions in Albania.

Hello Mueschel,

I have updated this tag to "psv = no" to match signage found on the way.

Hello n2m,

I classified it as a motorway due to the recent construction of on/off ramps and removal of directly intersecting ways. There is a good amount of Mapillary footage available if you would like to confirm signage on SH4.

Hello,

Apologies, it was a classification error with the City of Cape Town data. We are no longer conflating classification data onto OSM. Thank you for correcting that error. We will be amending the affected roads.

Hello,
I was using data from the City of Cape Town. It looks like it was inaccurate for that road. Thanks for pointing it out and correcting it. I referenced the City of Cape Town in my source tag, but forgot to add it to my changeset comment. I apologize for the inaccuracy.

Used a combination of aerial imagery and local knowledge.
