I am sorry, I have no idea how that Kyiv change appeared in the changeset. I have not used StreetComplete for a while, but it's configured to push all changes directly to OSM. I would expect all changes to be related to NL only, not Ukraine, as I have not been there since Dec 2021...

You are totally right, should be paved stones, I must have missed the "asphalt" property. I will adjust it a bit later today.
