Hi! I went to Harris Way to check. There is no public access and it’s secured access only through a locked gate.

The A120 to Capel is still accessible, just not the A12. The bridge and associated roundabout next to Capel that leads to the A120 is cycleable.

The bridge and slip round/roundabout should not have been amended.

Amendments were for A12 dual carriageway only.
