Large changeset size due to accidentally touching a boundary way. However, it appears the boundary way is identical to before.

The size of this changeset was unintentionally large due to accidentally touching a node along McAllen/Edinburg city boundary. However, this resulted in no noticeable change along said way.

Read (osm.wiki/Demolished_Railway) and determine for yourself if some segments deserve deletion.

This changeset simply splits the ways at the three-railway junction. Upon further reading of wiki (railway=abandoned), no deletion of nodes will be taking place.

Please help. Is the tag "layer=-1" needed here?

Despite the name, the library's grounds have three distinct regions (north-east, south-west, and central area) that can be considered parks. Tbh was unsure how to approach.
