Thanks, I took care of it. I guess the vestigial restrictions from before only show up when looking at the relationships, and not in the turn restriction editor. That's why I didn't see it. Should I be using something other than the web-based editor to catch these kind of errors?

Hey there, I appreciate the review! I just did a spot check and I didn't see any remaining U-turn relations on any of the service roads connected to 61st. Maybe I fixed it in one of my later patches? I've been making tons of little changes as I learn how this stuff works.
