This is yard industrial track part of oak point yard not a branch main line.
it was a typo I fixed it thanks for looking out
I was working my way east with the other updates including the voltage change but someone else reverted the voltage back a few months ago.
| 171565632 | Yea the book says:
I was reading both books on that section updating the passenger stations crashed ID on the browser some of the updates didn’t upload or revert. That was my bad I’ll fix it up there’s a few things on the NEC that didn’t restore from the crash. Running track is basically a yard track just verbal permission from the dispatcher.

fixed it thanks for looking out on the typo
I Switched the interlocking site tag to the signal box tag to render under the new ORM.app site for the train protection tab and stand out with the operator tab as well. All the tracks were upgraded to main line track with the new signaling and PTC install on septa and CSX after the property separation, and de-electrification.
Fair enough, there’s a lot things that doesn’t always make sense I was just updating the rail lines with the most accurate up to date information out of the books. The railroads like to rename stuff all the time. I suppose the other option to the industrial/running track would leave it straight yard track but just following the pattern the name to service type on the tag.
In the Septa Timetable it’s designated as the Ivy Ridge Line. Updated main trackage based on passenger trains as it has numerous trains a day. Based on the timetable instructions after CP signal it becomes an industrial/running track to the end of the track, with degraded PTC. As a far as the NYPS track that’s what Amtrak calls it. Its a main line connection track between PH and NYP lines It’s all timetable designated information in the NEC timetable. There’s a few railroads that have 2 times for the line the service name and the line/subdivision name. Just going with the official railroad line name.
It not a big deal, they just are delayed on updating things when it comes to train ops. Give it time they will have the whole subdivision updated to 40-60MPH in due time.
One of the sections speeds was set in KMH not MPH. Based on the current bulletin order at the time of update speeds were only updated at the MP Limits as defined.
It happens i was copying and pasting and clicked on the wrong line, the new ORM site helps now catch the mistakes.
You have a bunch of CSX owned and operated Line under CN in NY
The Line name and the Ref Tag are incorrect that was the reason I did the revert. I only made it main originally to reflect the entire NCRR trackage.
overwritten with decade old information
| 162711543 | as of 2024 CSX has this designated as The Bucksport Industrial Track that extends eastward from Calais Jct. to Bucksport (MP WVB 17). Rule 99
I agree, I would say go with the official name based on books and other issued documents since it be not different than the other railroads. Like CSX or NS.
Technically it’s listed as Consolidated Rail Corporation in the books the only change with the reporting mark as CRCX. Shared assets is more of a nickname. It’s still considered a railroad that’s just owned by the two other railroads
Thanks I must forgotten to remove it. They did all the new work to those tracks with the PTC after the last accident.
