when you name all the riverbanks the actual river relation containing the linear segments will lose its 1st place in the Nominatim result list (OSM's geocoder).

IMHO the alignment is know more wrong than before. What are you pursuing with your edits?

If you don't comment on changeset/94572406 the vandalism may rampantly continue.
