Nice to see you again. As @mavl clearly explained name:en values should be properly sourced. I'm removing unsourced ones as stated in changes description.

It's pretty common to have letters like ň, ü, ń, č and similar for Czechia, Poland, Serbia, Germany and others at name:en tag, so it cannot be a problem here.

What do you mean saying it isn't English? It's written in Latin script and it's proper name of the place.
