| 132044388 | almost 3 years ago | The big key is that it never was signed as the "Edward J. Jeffries Freeway" just the "Jeffries Freeway"
|
| 132044388 | almost 3 years ago | This one is difficult question. Locals all still refer to it as the Jeffries Freeway (which was its official name until 2005 when it the legislature blessed the name of Rosa Parks Memorial Freeway). But BGS in Detroit removed all mention of the names about 20 years ago. Signs now just say I-96 Express / I-96 Local, but the planning document I sited says "Jeffries Express" and "Jeffries Local". Personally, after reconsideration I think the word "Lanes" is superfluous since and should go. What do you suggest?

| 132021672 | almost 3 years ago | Sure, how would you suggest I fix it? I tried to follow the pattern through I-95 in New Jersey with forward (car-only) and forward (car-truck-busses)

| 131093265 | almost 3 years ago | I corrected this properly with change # 131129537. The entire length in Macomb County is officially Metropolitan Parkway... However signs often say Metro Parkway... so a short name. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metropolitan_Parkway_(Detroit_area)
