This is a PRoW footpath which means it's not for horses or bicycles (which require a public bridleway). I'll remove these from the footpath.
I've also added a gate and stile on the route of the footpath as suggested. Note that the landowner has blocked some of the direct access of the PRoW and so navigating end-to-end does require walkers to use a little initiative.
