This is where convicts were hung. May be a plaque mentioning haunting, I cant remember.

Its best not to mark private residences as abandoned as it could encourage crime, especially if this temporary change is forgotten about and left as is for years.

Its not abandoned as owner is active.
I think the best practice would be to add a construction zone around property and delete house when demolished.

Best practice for deleting closed stores is to remove the store attributes while leaving the address info.

You've got me questioning myself now. its cross-able in winter but it could just be temporary planks under the snow.
