Hello, I verified this edit. Instead of removing the paths, we should instead mark them as private.

Reference: osm.wiki/Why_we_won%27t_delete_roads_on_private_property

I can do that change if you want.

As the water here is influenced by tides, should we make this a tidalflat instead of water intermittent, where applicable?

More background on this changeset:
- These neighbourhood labels used to be identified with `place=suburb`
- They were changed to `place=neighbourhood` I assume because the City of Vancouver qualifies them as such
- The issue is that OSM prefers to use suburb rather than neighbourhood to parcel a city. An OSM neighbourhood is defined as a subpart of an OSM suburb.

This changesets only changes the `place=neighbourhood` for the 22 official neighbourhoods of Vancouver as described in https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_neighbourhoods_in_Vancouver

Yeah that's fair, I'll revert that edit

Sounds good. I performed a Canvec import, which included these deprecated tags. JOSM didn't flag these deprecations, so I missed them when I validated my edit. I will go back and fix these.

Hello, saw these two new peaks pop up. Curious as to where they received their names as I could not find any info on them online

Thanks @eerib!

@QuigleyJones The goal here was to keep the tidalflats a bit more visually interesting given its visibility in Vancouver, hence all the polygons. And no idea what andrew1 could be, probably accidentally modified it in the edit. Probably could be removed?
