While he did make vandal changes, other than here, he also said to use that because he removed all of the areas which had a military occupation tag, I do not know why he said this but I did not get in anymore arguments about that.

Well before the wikipedia article said that Yaradullu was under Armenian control, so Khidistavi said it is better to use barrier=* to indicate what the actual boundaries are (De Facto ones), on the ground.

While I did not find a source that exactly said that Yaradullu is De Facto under the Republic of Armenia, I did find a source that says that part of Yaradullu is in the territory of the Republic of Armenia. It is from Civilnet. I think its best if we put the name like this: Yaradullu - Յարադուլլու.
