I believe it is Tashigaon, and that Kauma or Khongma refer to a teahouse (mountain hut), a pass (Kauma La), and a peak (Kauma Danda), all North-West of (this center of) Tashigaon and more than 1000 m higher. On the "Makalu Base Camp" map of Himalayan MapHouse a much larger area on the NNE facing slope falling down to Kasuwa Khola all belongs to Tashigaon while the center of Tashigaon at this position seems to be called Sadema.
