Hello, as you can see on this official source https://www.comune.lanzotorinese.to.it/portals/1840/SiscomArchivio/4/VP%207_PD_Tavola%20P6.pdf the tunnel has no WAY name associated (this makes sense because a tunnel has no civic numbers or buildings nearby), while the road before and after have it. Unless you have survey ground truth data that highlight the way name that you already reverted back, it's better to fit the name stated by local or governative authorities (the value I used is the one on a road sign at the entrance of tunnel). OSM rely on official and survey data, not on guessed ones.
