Cleaning up ALPRs in Frederick (city).

As I've been driving around Frederick, I've been unable to see many of the ALPRs reported on https://maps.deflock.org/?lat=39.4165&lng=-77.4157&zoom=13.06.

I believe that many of these cameras an mis-tagged. A few look more likely to be traffic cameras (red light enforcement and/or traffic detectors).

According to the City, they do not contract with Flock, though they do use Axon ALPRs. Because of this cameras should not be removed indiscriminately; they may be legitimate ALPRs.

The shape of the intersection of Kolb and Plantation is an estimation based off of Frederick GIS data. Please update using a GPS trace or updated aerial imagery.

The three lots above imply that there is a road here called Cromfox Lane
