I discovered the backend by discovering sources on an ArcGIS experience on the website. There is a contact for another endpoint I found; it is useful because it is up-to-date. The other imagery is missing and has a zoom level 23 (~1cm). It's worth contacting them; you're right, @tastrax, thanks for contacting them for me. There is a cautionary sign with metadata.
