Hallo,

No worries! It is counter intuitive to use the singular form, so I get why people use dogs.

Hello,
I found this place as part of my cleanup of wrong or weird tags, in this case related to golf. The node that was supposed to be the pin was tagged golf=pin;tee, which obviously doesn't make sense, so I moved over the tee part to the correct node, honestly not thinking about the issue about the tee node being inside the tee box area, or looking at its history.
I don't think it matters too much, I think the node being tagged as well as the area doesn't hurt, although I can see your argument and it makes sense to have it consistent at last within one golf course, if not world wide. So feel free to remove the tag again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I get your point about the pin being placed randomly aswell, but everyone who cares about golf and looks at this map will know that it is not a correct placement, almomst by definition. But maybe it is more of a fool proof and machine readable way to say "this is the play direction of this hole". Same with how shop or restaurant nodes within buildings are placed randomly somewhere inside the store/restaurant area.

Hello,
thank you for your edit! When mapping buildings, you can make them rectangular by hitting Q on your keyboard when having it selected.
Also please note that name = House is not the right way to tag this, because the building is not actually named house, it just IS a house. So the correct way to tag it would just be building = house.
Thanks and happy mapping!

Hello,
I see that you requested a review. Your changes were very good. One additional tip for mapping houses is making all the corners rectangular. In the iD editor (the one you used), you can do that by selecting a house and hitting Q on your keyboard.
Thanks and happy mapping!

Hi,
I see that you requested a review. To answer your question: Roundabouts don't usually have names (unless they are big enough and have their own addresses) so it is correct not to use the name tag here. See junction=roundabout. You can even use noname = yes to signify that it really does not have a name. See noname=yes for that.
So I would in that case also remove the name = Knalhuttenweg tag from the western semi circle of the bike path.
Other than that, your change set was really good! Thank you and happy mapping!

No worries! It is quite a common mistake.

Hi,
I see that you requested a review. The changeset is very good, the level of detail on the building is great and you used a perfectly descriptive changeset comment.
When mapping buildings in iD editor, you can select a building and press Q. That will make all corners rectangular, which makes the mapping more precise.
Thanks and happy mapping!

Hello, I cant tell what natural = BRIDGE HO means on node/12880642514 (the power pole on that property). It seems like a copy and paste error but I am not sure, so I didnt want to just remove it. Can you please clarify it? It seems odd that natural would be used on a human made object.
Thanks!
