I disagree. The previous part (way/559451491) is not under the same conditions. It is marked as pedestrian zone (traffic sign CZ:IZ6a, so this one should also be tagged pedestrian, in ideal case - living street is CZ:IP26a, which is not the case here), but it allows any traffic (literally says "cars in traffic corridors only").

The edited part is a part of the same pedestrian zone (not living_street), but it has an additional CZ:B11 sign with "destination only". This is a different, stricter access mode, and mapped correctly there. Also, this means that general traffic is only allowed going right, into Na Bělidle.

It is unfortunate that OSMR ignores motor_vehicle=destination, but that is a defect to be raised there, not hacked around in the map to let anyone drive into the pedestrian zone. Should I raise an issue there?

Sign says "pedestrian zone," first. That is the highway=pedestrian ; also no through traffic, as already tagged by motor_vehicle=destination. Both were correct.

Changing this with "but MY SPECIFIC renderer/router/data consumer likes this far better" means that you are altering the map further from the ground reality. This is the OTG principle, and making edits for your specific case is called "mapping for the router." osm.wiki/Tagging_for_the_router

The solution is not "let's make a more convenient fictional map" - because we've already had issues like this, with people falsely closing off major streets or erasing access restrictions. "I (don't) like this" is an impulse to change the external world (including pushing for change in OSM data consumers, which includes services within the OSM ecosystem), not an impulse to alter the map.

As you say, the issue here is "we cannot get OSRM or other routers to respect the correct tagging", not "tagging was incorrect".

Your cars are NOT supposed to go there, BECAUSE the road is, OTG, marked as a pedestrian zone, and the OSM mapping matched what the signage says. Please do not change the map to fit your specific use case - ESPECIALLY not in a way that conflicts with the situation in terrain. (Because that would be called "vandalism" and is not taken kindly.)

Vaše úprava zřejmě pomohla u této adresy ( viz technické detaily: https://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/ui/details.html?osmtype=N&osmid=2757557174&class=place )

Nicméně zdá se, že tady si algoritmus dosud vybíral "kterou čtvrť" podle toho, ke středu které je to blíže. Což je tady Prosek, ač na kopci. Čili u míst, která jsou při hranicích, to bude přepadávat všude; jediná funkční úprava, kterou tu vidím, je u každého takového místa ručně zadat čtvrť.

Čili tady by Vám to mělo začít posléze zobrazovat Vysočany, ale pokud potkáte jiné adresní body s podobným problémem, bude třeba jim čtvrť rovněž přiřadit ručně.
