Hi Exagren, thank you for reaching out and providing your opinion about the roads here. I initially classified these roads based on overall importance, function, and form using reference to osm.wiki/Indonesian_Tagging_Guidelines#Roads.

I felt that Kandilo Bahari road more easily bypassed the residential part of town and connects easily with the roundabout junction at www.openstreetmap.org/way/255357018.

I can definitely see how R.M. Noto Sunardi road (www.openstreetmap.org/way/255359402) could be a higher classification though, maybe primary is more suitable there? If you think that is R.M. Noto Sunardi is best, would you also want to cut back the trunk classification of Jenderal Sudirman to its intersection with i? Let me know what you think-
