| 146634308 | I'm not 100% sure but I believe amenities are building attributes meant to be used to describe buildings but not landuse. If we would use an amenity to describe the plot it would be marked as one big building (in this case a firestation with a flame symbol) which is not true. Unfortunatelly the landuse tool does not have a firestation as an landuse identifier/attribute so one must interpret. I chose to use landuse=industrial for few reasons which are mostly related to the readibility of the map: 1. the plot pops out better from the surrounding area and 2. differentiates it self from housing areas and ties it self more to the industrial side of things. And 3. at the end of the day I figured firestations can techically be seen as industrial use when it comes to landuse. If we look at other firestations in Uusimaa for example (i looked at 3-4) most don't seem to have landuse set at all; only the buildings are marked as stations and the lanuse is blank. And then again some station plots are marked as roadway or parking areas which in those stations is propably technically correct. When I drew this station originally I actually used roadway/parking area but the problem with that was that the area surrounding the firestation is techically more than that and the map looked pretty busy to read. So I chose to come back and simplify the plot a bit. Ps: I just updated the building as a firestation. Seemed to be just a building. |
