I'm not sure whats going on here. I only added the incorrectly categorised apartment markers once using MAPS.ME not the openstreetmap website? I'm not sure the options I got labelled the apartments under "tourism" either - So thats a surprise to me.

Sayers Court is ok but Lexden place is not routed correctly. See how it goes along the route to Sayers instead:

Well BCNorwich I do find your tone most condescending. If the information I have added is wrong under this scheme do feel free to update/delete it. I only wish to post correct locations for some buildings that real world users find hard to locate. Looking at the mapping Lexden Place is now labelled but Sayers Court and indeed Allingham just south of it are not. Also New Hythe just west of Sayers Court.
Hopefully my humble input isn't too inaccurate.

Not enough info on sat nav etc is my problem with people getting directed down the wrong road in fact. These are private apartment blocks not hotels and people do have trouble finding them particularly couriers (sometimes postman) who don't get any verbal description of how to get to them. The problem is they are on 2 sides of a thin fence but accessed by very different routes and roads and I’d like to broadcast that if its possible. I’m working on Google and Apple Maps too.

The one I’ve placed in a road (Lexden Place) is a bit off yes. The private drive is a bit of a crooked J shape and the tail of the J isn’t a road as such. It's a row of parking that buts up to the structure. You might know better than me how to make sure sat navs route to it if it is placed past the tail of the J. Google does’t understand to go down the J shape - at present it draws a dotted line to Lexden place from the main road further to the west.
