I have now fixed it. I didn’t realise it had put /2 on both houses. I used the unit tag. Though this isn't displayed in Mapnik.

Hi tastrax, They aren't really units but separate houses on one large block of land. This is an upmarket area. There are no units or apartments in Windaroo. Your edit is fine with me. I was only fixing my previous edit that assumed the two houses to have separate numbers.

No problem. I don’t usually add phone numbers. Just copied what was in the note there. Forgot about the +61 thing. Peter

Hi Tech Dec. Checked this today. There is definitely a grass passage between the houses and fences. So people can go from the street into the park. Peter

Hi Tech Dec. I'll go and check it out in the next couple of days. It is not far from home. I may have thought I could see through there and got my streets mixed. Peter

Thanks Warin, I'll have another look at it.

Hi Warrin, Thanks for fixing my mistake. The Boundary must have been attached to a waterway that I changed in the area. I'll try to be more careful with edits like that. Peter.

Hi Warin.
That would have been a name plate attached to the front of the house. I would have a photo.

Hi Nev, I stopped there on my way through last weekend and took a few photos of the main street. That creek is the only one I can name. Seems like the post office has moved and there are 2 fire stations? I'll have to take photos in Hart St. to sort it out next time I'm there.

Hi Tara,
According to the Australian Tagging Guidelines these roads which are State maintained roads should be tagged as Primary Roads. If you disagree bring the subject up on the "Talk Au" mailing list.

Yes but it is easiest in JOSM. You need to remove the coastline way from the beach relation then draw your new way for the back of the beach and add it to the beach relation so the beach is complete again. You could use the common nodes at each end of the beach where the beach meets the coastline. Yours Peter

Hi Graeme, The Tagging guidelines state that the coastline should be at the High Water Spring Tide line. This is where most of the beach is under water. So I think my edits are correct. Peter.

I added camping areas, Yackandandah MTB area. Not Daintree.

Hi Warin, Looks like a wooded area but not used for timber production at the moment. It is hard to tell whether it is managed as a forest. I would have kept the tags from the previous mapper.

No worries, I was trying to fix all the errors in the area using Osmose. These things are flagged if they aren't connected to the roads or other paths. There are heaps of disconnected bikeways in Bris but I have given up on that.

I apologize for my bluntness, I am fixing many of the errors in the map using Osmose. I was disappointed to find someone had changed these two bridges on Marlborough Sarina Road to service road, if the bridge is narrow put lane=1 instead. If you look at the history of the Funnel Creek bridge you will see what I mean. Peter

30952522 almost 10 years ago

The bridges on Marlborough Sarina Road or any other road, should not be changed to service or any thing different to what the rest of the road class is. This wrecks the routing for all the people who use OSM for in car navigation, also all roundabouts should have junction = roundabout tag.
