Hi there! The source is me walking down that street.
But revisiting photos of that day, it seems that i might have mistaken the "no parking" sign on the back side of the house cornering Strada de Miljoc as the number "8". I just fixed this in changeset/142747089.
The house number 10 was definitely on the gate of the house east of Strada de Miljoc. Maybe the other one is something like 10a?
Sadly i won't be near Brasov in the forseeable time, but maybe someone else can check?
