We have adjusted how we are treating these arrows. You may still run in to some restrictions at said intersections that were added a couple of days ago but hopefully not from yesterday.

I wonder if you have older imagery? I have imagery that shows Avenida exists where you removed it. And while Avenida might be not be signed on one block, it will be on the next- it is intermittently signed Avenida. Also "Avenida" isn't confined to only existing on dual carriageways.
I encourage you to consider adding Avenida back to the rest of Mariano Acosta based on what's in our imagery.

It would be greatly helpful if you could provide us with some documentation that turns on straight white arrows are permitted in Argentina. Typically a straight white arrow means turns aren't permitted in the rest of the world, but with your access to local legislation we could have a better understanding of how this road paint is to be interpreted.

You are correct that bus=designated would work as well as bus=yes. Neither are incorrect but bus=designation may be more common.

We map according to ground imagery to ensure safety and accuracy of what the municipality has determined.
As for adding restrictions, we add what we see in the ground imagery because we can confirm it. The reason we add those is because it's determined by the local municipality.
We don't add them to clutter the map, we add them to improve the routing and to ensure the safety of users.

Even if no u turns are implied, it helps to add the restrictions in order to prevent the u turn. If some navigation software doesn’t process that information then it shouldn’t disrupt their routing. Other softwares do process no u turns restrictions, so it would be important to add them for those types of routing software.

The boarder between street 273 and street 70 made sense to split at a major intersection. It is rare to see road names abruptly change along a road without a change in direction or somewhere other than an intersection. Also, the admin boundary usually follows a road which it does in this case. This boundary cuts through houses so I assumed it was offset so I made the split between Street 273 and Street 70 at the junction of Street 100.

I have been modifying footway classifications since they are used by motorcycles and tuk tuks but are too small for motor cars to traverse. Footways do not allow vehicle traffic routing in any way. In order to allow motorcycles, bicycles, and tuk tuks the classification needs to be corrected and vehicle restrictions added.
