I do not think path is the correct classification for those reasons. Have a good day.

Hello bernardo60. The highway features (way/584513703, way/584513702) were already assigned tags that prohibit motorcar travel. The imagery available in the area for these roads (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=-8.602929259744954&lng=115.29151799405054&z=16.405585403164423&pKey=1608272986297339&focus=photo & https://www.mapillary.com/app/?lat=-8.602334999999997&lng=115.29202199999997&z=16.405585403164423&pKey=864204171376945&focus=photo) do support the general classification of living street more than path based upon the osm.wiki/Indonesian_Tagging_Guidelines#Roads page. And they more meet the criteria of living street than their previous classification of residential. Hope that explains things well. Best.
