| 69750440 | over 6 years ago | Hi Phil, this is somewhere I have personally visited on many an occasion. This is a rocky summit, topped by the viewpoint pillar, which gives information on the surrounding summits seen from here, and also has the name of the hill. The name is also included on a number of other features in this area. I've also seen old 1800's surveys of the area, which include the name for the hill, prior to creation of the country park. Best wishes |

The hill itself is rather large, and is indeed much flatter to the west, but with a more distinctive drop to the east. You'd notice it more looking "into" Wales as it were. Being a local hill, I felt it worthwhile to be included, and the name also appears on old 19th century land surveys I have seen |
| 69778249 | over 6 years ago | Hi there, I was survey in the area awhile back and catalogued a number of listed hills and summits. Oddly enough, this is actually listed as an actual summit, being a county top. I appreciate however that in OSM terms there may be more appropriate tags, depending on particular location etc. Its all a learning curve, so any advise is always good :) |
| 69781989 | over 6 years ago | Hi there, I and a few people visited the area last year. The summit area is small compared to surrounding peaks yes, but has a marked prominence, rather than just a spot height on the island. I suppose I felt the best way to include the summit was to add the peak data to the existing island and wikipedia tag, rather than duplicate data. If this isn't best practice however I'll remember that next time :), all a learning curve! |
