Thank you for the comment. Its agreed that highway and boundaries should not be overlapped/snapped. In this changeset, the highway and the boundary was already snapped together previously by other user. We intended to update the road geometry i.e. sharp angle of the highway wherein, the boundary got updated accidentally as both were snapped/overlapped. And as such the history shows that the boundary updation under my username. Going forward, we will ensure to unglue the highway from the boundary before the performing highway geometry updations.
