Thanks for your input. I'm not sure which parts of the highways I've deleted as I don't remember deleting any major routes. I wish I could find out exactly which part was deleted, I tried to find out by looking at the changeset you mentioned. There were some streets that I modified because they didn't have any physical dividers and as far as I've learned, these types of streets shouldn't have to separate ways. I'd be happy to know where exactly this problem occurred.
