@jnyssen Thank you for your contributions to OSM in Ethiopia, we need local experience. Please refer to the OSM Africa Highway tagging guide. A path is the appropriate tag for a road that cannot be utilized by a vehicle with 4 wheels, and a track should be utilized for agriculture access only. Thanks

@Simbamangu Thank you for the nice addition of the new construction.

@schoolsagentsi Thank you for helping map Tanzania. Please review the instructions, this task is only for mapping buildings. You identified residential roads as "trunk", a trunk road is like the tarmac road leading to the Dar airport.

@JStarinieri Thank you for the contributions. it is not necessary to add the name=building tag. Name should only be used if there is an actual name.

@smills19 We appreciate the help, however, in the future please read the instructions in the tasking manager, we only need buildings mapped at this time.

@GilbertNJ It's great that you are helping map Ethiopia, we appreciate the help.
Please trace the buildings accurately and with square corners. It also is important to not overlap buildings. Thanks

@airport_boy Thank you for helping map Ethiopia. Please note that only 1 tag is needed for building=yes. You tagged each of the nodes with a building tag.

@Tetzemann82 Thanks for the nice tracing, don't forget to do the round buildings as well. The dark brown are buildings, and the tan ones are hay/straw stacks.

@[Michiel M] Do you have a source for changing the classification of these roads? These roads are lined with houses and should either be unclassified or residential. The Africa Highway tagging guide states that a track is only used for access to agriculture or forestry areas and does not provide a through transportation route. Please revert these edits.

@AntoineMag It appears that you are classifying minor roads as secondary or tertiary. Please follow the India Highway tagging guide. This HOT project calls for buildings not roads.

64351022 about 7 years ago

@siyad Please do not map roads in this HOT project. The task is only for mapping buildings. Your tagging of roads is not correct. Please read the directions.

@AnniJ We appreciate the help, but please follow the directions and the Africa Highway Tagging Guide. There are no Secondary highways that have not been traced.

@Václav Fanta Do you have local knowledge that the T3 is now a divided highway in this location? This is a major change to the road network.

63817066 about 7 years ago

@GerdP Thanks for the question. I have not driven on this road. The source:ref tag probably should have been added for "tanroads.go.tz"

What is the large feature you traced? Would you please add appropriate tags?

@msppingkat What is the source of your landuse cartography? Most of the area in your residential polygon does not have houses. Thank you for helping map Tanzania.

@iddi_chazua Thank you for your contributions to OSM. What is the tag for this large polygon next to the lake? The residential landuse was identified several years ago, and your polygon overlaps that area. Would you clarify please?
