Einmal Handelt es sich um Funktionszuweisung für das Gebäude
building = yes

und dann für das Gelände

M.E. gehört das Gelände in der Nutzung

amenity = social_facility

beschrieben. Die Nutzung liegt ja auch außerhalb des Gebäudes vor.

Die Flächenspezifikation war bereits vor mir vorhanden. Mit der Änderung ist nur der Zugang und die Fläche des Spielplatzes angepasst worden.
