Looking at aerial imagery of the area this does not appear to be a one way portion of the street. I have removed this tag per OSM policy:

I noticed when working in this region that this changeset added a duplicated version of Badja that does not match the imagery. I removed some ways and nodes that did not match the imagery and fixed data for the town of Badja just southeast of the duplication at node/4164130702

The edit was made based on a Maps user’s feedback, they suggested that name. It looks like Mapillary in this area is blurry, would you happen to have local knowledge of Rua Colégio Elizângela Filomena being the actual street name? Maybe the street has two names, or they are near each other?
