Hello angys, I’ve reviewed that area and unfortunately there are no substantial edits which can be made at this time. My team will monitor the progress of the construction over time.

We have an agreement with Digital Globe/Maxar to use their more recent high resolution imagery to edit OpenStreetMap, which is not publicly available for editing OpenStreetMap in JOSM or iD. However, you can also reach out to Digital Globe to ask them to update their public layers for places where you think that is needed, as is mentioned in this thread: @@kevin_bullock/diary/390153

Hello angys, I cited a Digital Globe image from 2021-02-17 which shows the road blocked off here 5.2408654, 100.4408179 and here 5.2381538, 100.4423752 and shows heavy machinery, dirt piles, and materials for developing road infrastructure. To me, this indicates there is active construction in the area. Do you have other information which may suggest there is no construction in the area?

I noticed you changed the access tags on many service highways and gates from private to permissive, in these changesets (changeset/74418420, changeset/74479230, changeset/74567100, changeset/74445459). The access=permissive tag described by the OSM wiki (access=*#List_of_possible_values) should only be used when access is open to the general traffic. You cited Bing aerial imagery for making these edits, but this resource does not support the changing of access, and it is more appropriate to assume access is limited to employees of the Changi Airfreight Centre, without ground-level resources. I have changed the access back to private, because there is no supporting evidence I can find to prove that access is open to general traffic here. If you have other reason to believe this road is accessible to the public, or have supporting evidence to confirm this access, please reach out.

Hello literan, thanks for reaching out. I made my edits based on recent Mapillary images, from both directions, which show the lift gate is up well before the vehicle approaches. The northbound image is unclear, so I am curious what signs may exist. Would `motorcar=private` or `motorcar=permissive` be more appropriate on this lift gate? Also, I see there are some other lift gates missing from the data which would alter vehicle access to Нагорное.
