HI there, I downgraded based off of my understanding that US 151 is an expressway where there are mixed sections of fully-controlled (i.e. freeway/motorway) and partially-controlled (i.e. expressway/trunk). Might this be a misunderstanding?

Is it proper OSM etiquette/protocol to mark any section that is fully controlled (see the sections on US-151 from WIS 175 to Townline Road, and the Waupun bypass) as freeway, and the partially controlled as expressway?

If so, I can go ahead and revert the changes.
