I'm not sure because it was a long time ago, but I reviewed the details of this edit and found that I might added the ref according to roadnet but left one section unclassified as is, possibly because to the smoothness that overrules the secondary classification, according to the wiki.
By the satellite image, I'm not sure which its current smoothness is, but it looks decent, thus upgrading it to the end of the 1090 to secondary reasonable?

The length of 1090 is around 218 kilometers, and it ends around where it is currently in the OSM.

I understand that a dirt road may not look appropriate, but the current wiki guidelines state that all 4-digit national highways are secondary (if they do not match the higher criteria), therefore this is an upgrade to comply with the guidelines.

Sorry I'm not sure which east side ramp you're referring to. I'm not changing the tag of the way/1152875361 and 829706379. What I changed is only the west one (829706361 and 829706378). Or you mean another one? Could you give me that way's id?

Are you referring to the west side of the Super Highway? (829706361). If that's the case, I think typically a road with an overpass bridge should be both tagged the same. The main road that passes through the intersection should not be tagged as a link. Btw, I understand that this situation is ambiguous. If the overpass is considered the main road and the section across the intersection is considered a branch-off link to 1136, then yes it can be a trunk_link.

From the last paragraph of that section:

"In general, place names in Thailand used in the name=* tag should be written in Thai script. However, there is an exception. If the owner of the place (a business, for example) prefers another language than Thai (usually English), as indicated by signage, that language should be used instead."

I'm not sure because this is most likely a legacy tag that was copied or edited from another object. I do not object to removing this tag.

Of course, the 11 itself should be trunk. By the way, the 127 is better suited for trunk because it connects 11 sections together as an intercity network. So the classification of this 11 section and 127 should be swapped, as in a note I've added. As a result, according to current wiki guidelines, 127 should be trunk, while this 11 section should be primary instead.

If I understand correctly, first, it should be highway=pedestrian rather than highway=footway because it is wide enough for motor cars, as stated in Thailand Wiki. ( osm.wiki/WikiProject_Thailand#Rough_guidelines_for_minor_highway_tag_decision-making_(useful_in_most_cases) )
Second, highway=footway + area=yes is for non-linear footway, according to the wiki. The area that you have tagged is a linear one, so it should be area:highway=*.
Furthermore, I think tagging it to be rendered violates the "Don't map for the renderer" principle of OSM.

Footway with area=yes should not be used for linear footway. See highway=footway#Areas for more details.

The name tag should be the most commonly used and default name. This does not imply that everything in Thailand must be written in Thai script. For such reason, we already have name:th. (see discussion at https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/name-tags-for-brand-names-like-bigc-tesco-lotus-or-shell/50548 ). For the private name that the big sign is in English, with a very little Thai in some signs, we should follow the "ground truth principle"

The 347 section from Pathum Thani to Bang Pahan is about 50 km long, so it doesn't meet the guidelines. The 340 can be trunk because it is longer than 100 km.

IMO, that tag (stilt_house) is only appropriate if the building is a house. By the way, all of the building above the water doesn't have to be the house, so according to the current wiki guidelines, I believe layer=1 is the only tag we have. Maybe you could ask for the suggestion in the OSM community ( https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/general/38/ ).
