There is not a mass deletion: wrongly mapped farmlands and forest inside densly populated residential area were deleted. If you think deleting 209 nodes is a mass deletion then you are wrong.
I am local of this area and I know the landuse pattern of here, if you are overlaying outdated old imagery and judging on that basis, I can't say anything on that.

Please don't review changesets as 'Bad' if you don't have local knowledge of that area. Deleting few nodes to represent reality is not always bad. Don't judge a book by its cover.

Please validate using that imagery (OAM) which has been used for mapping [refer link in source]. There was no any alternative rather than deleting. Only non existent roads were deleted. You can cross check using other imageries as well.
