Thank you for your comment and the constructive discussion. Indeed, not all institutions fall under this category, as certain competencies are vested in federal agencies. However, two of the three branches of democratic authority do. The designation Hercegbosanska županija is used by the majority of media outlets operating in the region and by more than two-thirds of its population. My position is that, in accordance with established OpenStreetMap practices, it is appropriate to employ the terminology that is most commonly recognized and used within the relevant territorial jurisdiction.

Pursuant to the principles of good practice governing the naming of entities within the OpenStreetMap project, the general rule provides that the name in common and official use by the local population at the relevant location shall be applied on the map (see: osm.wiki/Names#Good_practice)

In accordance with this principle, it is an undisputed fact that all competent institutions, as well as the vast majority of inhabitants of this federal unit within the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, use the designation “Hercegbosanska županija.” This nomenclature is consistently applied by official and legally constituted bodies, including the Government of the Canton, the Cantonal Assembly, and other organs of public administration and civil services (see: https://www.vladahbz.com/ ; https://www.skupstinahbz.com/show_page/11/o-zupaniji ; https://gss-hbz.com/ ).

Furthermore, and of decisive importance, the Constitution of the Canton explicitly and formally establishes “Hercegbosanska županija” as the official constitutional name of the canton (see: https://www.paragraf.ba/propisi/hercegbosanska-zupanija/ustav-hercegbosanske-zupanije.html ). Accordingly, any alternative designation would be inconsistent with the constitutional order and contrary to the prevailing legal and factual practice within the territory of the Canton.

According to the Article 7 both Cyrillic and Latin script are official in the Republic of Srpska. Someone who was so many times there (and someone who knows that B&H is more than Sarajevo) should know that both scripts are in common use in RS. "The slash" is not in the constitutions of Switzerland or Belgium, but you can see it here on OSM, because civilized people recognise the rights of the ethnicities that constitute the country. Official name of CH is in 4 languages, and official name of RS is in 2 scripts.

Can you, please, explain what are you doing exactly ? You're re-mapping features that are already mapped. But after yours modifications some features disappear.

I was mapping using closed ways, but i discovered it so easier and faster to map using multipolygons. I hope that some of the more experienced users will be able to change them to the sample closed ways...
