Hi, thank you for your notes. Actually, my organization (Indonesian Red Cross) is currently conducting a risk mapping activity in our program villages. SIBAT refers to our community-level volunteers. For internal purposes, we use the tag sibat=yes to mark SIBAT houses as part of the village capacity that we are mapping. This way, we can easily extract and visualize the information on our maps.
