Thanks for the links, I'll try to verify paths there as well.
Of course, finding that some trail is missing isn't cool, but in this rare case they can be deleted from the map (which I do sometimes). I still think not having them on the map is worse. If they're on Maa-amet map, it means they existed at some point, which is why I'm saying such cases should be rare. And it's the same as if they had been added by area visitors before, when they still existed - some areas change and the maps adapt, it's natural.
Why Maa-amet is not enough and objects should be added to OSM - I use offline OSM where background layers are not available, I think they're only available in editing mode of the web version. Also, navigation doesn't work with raster images, it needs vector objects for paths.

Hi, I was in that area yesterday, and noticed that some roads are not on the map. At home I found the Maa-amet map layer which has many of them, when editing I also checked most of them on Esri satellite imagery and they are visible there.
Generally, even if some of them are gone in reality, I think having partly outdated paths from Maa-amet on the map is much better than lacking them, as it is now.
