Westbard certainly exists. Westbard is a commercial/industrial/residential mixed-use sector of Bethesda, as designated by Montgomery County. Westbard Square is a recent mixed-use development within Westbard. https://montgomeryplanning.org/planning/communities/west-county/westbard/

Hi. Thank you for bringing this up and apologies for missing your earlier comment until now. My inclination was to map roads with separated bike lanes as use_sidepath for prioritizing their use in bike navigation apps that use osm, but in reviewing the wiki again I agree with you. I appreciate the constructive feedback and I will undo the use_sidepath tags I applied.

I was struggling to find documentation on mapping routes such as this section of beach drive -- former roadways converted to year-round pedestrian/cycle ways -- fully paved like a road but functioning as a cycleway. This might not be the optimal way to map this situation, but I want to make sure the road and cycle routes function well in navigation apps and are mapped correctly. I was following Rock Creek Trail as it's mapped on DDOT's bicycle route plan: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GFyF9jtWcAA_w8A?format=jpg&name=large
