There is an issue - no entrances. Thus, I have to jump around buildings searching for a proper spot to enter. I fix it with minimal efforts. And it seems it is allowed by rules.

And it also seems no one else would like to fix it.

Those are two different shops

The shops are points on the map, not areas. So, technically they are inside the building. I see no reasons to add additional elements. I would prefer to have it like I did.
