Thank you for taking up the challenge and helping in the project to improve Hyderabad hospital data in OSM.

I really appreciate for your goodwill and effort.

Here are few suggestions to avoid duplicate the feature,
when you are adding hospital data, make sure to check the feature is already available in OSM or not.

If the feature is already available please add all the additional attributes to it
or
if not you can add the data to the Node instead of the building.
