Checked a bunch of these hydrants while doing other work, many don't exist or are other city utilities like electrical boxes and lightpoles. I'm not going to role it back, but someone should do a thorough review.

Sure thing. I'm often working off a GPX track I generate on my bike explorations, so I try to get it all into one changeset. I know it can get a bit unwieldy.
