| 177779284 | Hi Bus stop names are taken directly from the Ministry of Transport using osm.wiki/Gtfs2osm and should match the names that appears on signage and in navigation apps. If signs actually show "HaCarmel" please let me know, but generally I have to assume that the GTFS data matches the signage. Feel free to bring this up at https://community.openstreetmap.org/t/import-bus-stops-from-gtfs/117873 . Of course you can put HaCarmel in en1, but en will be enforced by gtfs2osm unless we reach a different consensus on the forum. |

| 177528969 | Okay, I did my best to fix it here: changeset/177531764 You can see the changes visually here: https://overpass-api.de/achavi/?changeset=177531764 I didn't understand what the problem could be for Em Hamoshavot, it seems to be mapped correctly. Can you explain what the problem is? I am not on LinkedIn, but we can talk on the OpenStreetMap forum: https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/communities/il/50 (you can sign in with your OpenStreetMap account). |

| 177528969 | I see. So you want the routing to select correctly which road is next to the bus stop. Note that it's forbidden by copyright to use Google StreetView to create or edit other maps: osm.wiki/Google I will try to fix the issue for the bus stops you tried to move, by moving them closer to the road but NOT to become part of the road. |

| 177150750 | That's okay. Let's keep talking over here: changeset/177528969 to keep it in one place. |
|
| 177528969 | Can you explain the issues people were having so we can fix them correctly? The reason I hurried to revert your changesets is that the longer we wait, the harder it would be to fix, because other mappers might make more changes to the data. Right now, no one had made any other changes so it was easy to revert. So, now it will be easier to fix the issues you or your clients were having - what are the issues? |

| 177150750 | I don't understand what you're saying, if you speak Hebrew we can talk in Hebrew. אני לא מבין מה אתה אומר, אם אתה מעדיף עברית אפשר לדבר בעברית. |

| 177481241 | I reverted your changesets because they don't follow OpenStreetMap's normal way of mapping bus stops. |

| 177150750 | Hello, I see you have made some incorrect changes to the map. Bus stops SHOULD NOT be part of the road. Please see highway=bus_stop , quote: "a node off to one side of the highway way". Also, bus stops in Israel are mostly automated by osm.wiki/Gtfs2osm so you should only make corrections if you find something wrong or missing. Thanks for contributing to OpenStreetMap, I hope you can find better ways to do so! |
|
| 176689356 | Yes, I forgot about that! It would help if you make a pull request. |
|
| 175448105 | Hi, thank you for your contribution. The names of bus stops have to match the sign. They are pulled from the GTFS database from the ministry of transportation. Please let me know if the name on the sign is different from the one mapped. Thanks! |
