It was my interpretation from Mapillary (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=3967888443307192) and Esri World Imagery that vehicles are parked and traveling south to north along Calle Victor Cabrera Lozada (way/32078623) until node (node/310255843) where it does turn back to north to south directionality. Is this no longer the direction of travel along this residential way? Given your awareness of the region, I will defer to your knowledge of the area. Have a nice day and happy mapping.
