Hello 5m4u9, thank you for reaching out. The resource that I used is the Jan 22, 2023 aerial image from the Maxar Secure Watch imagery database. In it there are bidirectional painted arrow markings on the western intersection with Avenida Melchor Urquidi that indicates cars can both enter to and exit from Calle Zenon Salinas. I am unaware of the other changes to directionality that occurred during 2022 in the city, but if you have visited this intersection in the past few weeks and know for certain that those painted arrows have been removed, then I can reapply the oneway tag.
